Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, our policy lasts 20 days from the date of delivery. If 20 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Return Shipping Fee

You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Order Cancellation

Broken or Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery. We will promptly review the damage and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
